To ensure the security of our platform and comply with regulatory standards, we require all users to complete a verification process. This guide will walk you through the steps to verify your account successfully.

Steps to Verify Your Account
Log In to Your Account
Go to ttmbase.com and log in using your credentials.
Navigate to the Profile section by clicking on your username or the profile icon in the top right corner.
Access the Verification Section
In the Profile section, locate the Verification or Account Verification tab.
Click on the Verification tab to begin the process.
Fill Out Personal Information
Full Name: Enter your legal first and last name as it appears on your government-issued ID.
Date of Birth: Use the format DD/MM/YYYY.
Residential Address: Provide your current residential address, including street name, city, state/province, and postal code.
Nationality: Select your nationality from the dropdown menu.
Phone Number: Enter your phone number and verify it by entering the code sent to your phone.
Upload Required Documents
You will need to provide copies of documents to verify your identity and address. Please ensure the documents are clear, valid, and meet the platform’s requirements.

Proof of Identity:
Accepted Documents: Passport, National ID card, Driver’s License.
Requirements:
Must be government-issued and contain your photo.
The document must be valid and not expired.

Ensure all details are clearly visible (full name, photo, ID number, expiration date, issuing authority).


Proof of Address:
Accepted Documents: Utility bill (electricity, water, gas), bank statement, government-issued document.
Requirements:
Must be issued within the last 3 months.
Must include your full name and current residential address.

Ensure all details are clearly visible (name, address, date of issue, and issuing authority).


Selfie with ID Document:
Requirements:
Hold your ID document next to your face and take a clear selfie.
Ensure your face and the document are fully visible and not covered or blurred.
This step is to verify that you are the rightful owner of the documents.
Submit Your Documents for Review
After uploading the necessary documents, click the Submit button.
You will see a confirmation message indicating that your documents have been submitted successfully.
Verification Process


Initial Review:

Our verification team will review your documents to ensure they meet all requirements.

This process typically takes 24-48 hours, but it could take longer during high-volume periods.


Follow-up:
If there are any issues with the documents you submitted (e.g., blurry images, expired documents), you will receive an email with instructions on how to correct them.

Please check your email regularly to ensure you don’t miss any important communication from us.


Approval:
Once your documents are verified, you will receive a confirmation email.
You will now have full access to all platform features, including higher withdrawal limits and the ability to make full use of our trading options.

Troubleshooting and Common Issues


Document Rejection Reasons:
Blurry or unclear photos: Make sure the image is in focus and all text is readable.
Expired documents: Check the expiration date and upload a valid, current document.

Mismatched information: Ensure the information on your documents matches the details in your profile.


How to Resubmit Documents:
If your documents were rejected, follow the instructions in the rejection email to resubmit.

Go back to the Verification tab in your profile, upload the new documents, and click Submit again.

Use a high-resolution camera for taking photos of your documents and selfie.
Ensure good lighting and avoid shadows or glares on the documents.
Double-check the information you provide to make sure it matches your documents exactly.
Avoid using edited or filtered images; the documents must appear as they do in real life.
