User Agreement
This agreement is made by and between you and the operator of TTMBASE and has the legal effect of a binding legal contract.
The operator of TTMBASE refers to the legal entity that, recognized by law, operates the centralized exchange platform. Please refer to the company and license information at the bottom of the TTMBASE website for details about the operator. The operator of TTMBASE may be referred to individually or collectively as “TTMBASE Limited” in this agreement. “TTMBASE” means the centralized exchange platform operated by TTMBASE, including but not limited to the TTMBASE website with the domain name of TTMBASE.com, https://www.TTMBASE.com, which is encrypted.
This agreement includes the main body and various rules that have been or may be posted from time to time by TTMBASE. All rules are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect. Unless expressly provided otherwise, any service provided by TTMBASE and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “TTMBASE Service”) is bound by this agreement. You are required to carefully read this agreement before using any TTMBASE Service, paying close attention to content written in bold font. You may consult TTMBASE if you have any questions regarding this agreement. However, regardless of whether you have read the agreement, by using TTMBASE Service, you are bound by its terms. You cannot void or rescind this agreement on the grounds that you did not read it or did not receive a response from TTMBASE to your inquiries. By using TTMBASE Service, you agree to accept and observe this agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop registration/activation or stop using TTMBASE Service. TTMBASE may amend this agreement and various rules as needed, announcing changes on the website without individual notice to you. Amended terms take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using TTMBASE Service. Continued use of TTMBASE Service constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
Eligibility of Registrants
You confirm that you are an individual, legal person, or other organization with full legal capacity when you complete registration or use TTMBASE Service in any permitted manner. If you lack the necessary legal capacity, you and your guardian are responsible for any consequences, and TTMBASE reserves the right to cancel or permanently freeze your account and pursue compensation from you and your guardian.
Registration and Account
You are bound by this agreement once you fill in the required information, read and agree to this agreement, and complete the registration process, activation process, or upon your actual use of TTMBASE Service. You may log in to TTMBASE using the email address, mobile number, or other means you provided or confirmed. You must provide your real name, ID type, ID number, and other legally required information. If any information you provide during registration is inaccurate, TTMBASE is not responsible for any resulting losses or adverse consequences. TTMBASE accounts are exclusively for the person whose name they are registered under. TTMBASE reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel accounts used by individuals other than the registered user and will not bear legal responsibility for such accounts.
User’s Information
You must accurately provide and update your information as required by law during registration or activation to ensure it is truthful, timely, complete, and accurate. If TTMBASE has reasonable doubts about the accuracy or truthfulness of your information, it may demand corrections, remove the relevant information, and terminate all or part of TTMBASE Service to you. TTMBASE is not responsible for any losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by you. You must also keep your contact information up to date to ensure effective communication. Failure to do so may result in loss or extra expenses during your use of TTMBASE Service, for which you are solely responsible. You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the effectiveness of your contact information and taking required actions if it changes.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your TTMBASE account and password, and you are liable for all activities under your login email, TTMBASE account, and password. You agree to: a) Notify TTMBASE immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password or any other security breaches; b) Strictly observe the security, authentication, dealing, charging, and withdrawal procedures of the website/service; c) Log out properly after each session. TTMBASE is not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to comply with these provisions. TTMBASE needs reasonable time to take action upon your request and is not liable for any consequences, including losses, that occur before such actions.
Through TTMBASE Service, members may post transaction information, access pricing and transaction data, carry out trades, participate in TTMBASE-organized activities, and enjoy other services. If you have a dispute with another member regarding a transaction on TTMBASE, and the dispute is submitted to TTMBASE for resolution, TTMBASE has the right to make a decision at its sole discretion, which you agree to accept. TTMBASE may provide user information, transaction records, or other necessary details to governmental authorities (including judicial and administrative departments) upon request. If you allegedly infringe upon another’s intellectual property or other legitimate rights, TTMBASE may provide your ID information to the rights holder if it preliminarily determines that infringement exists. All applicable taxes and expenses related to hardware, software, and services incurred during your use of TTMBASE Service are solely your responsibility. By using TTMBASE Service, you accept that all trade executions are final and irreversible. You also accept that TTMBASE reserves the right to liquidate any trades at any time, regardless of the profit or loss position.
You agree to the following while using TTMBASE Service:
All activities will comply with applicable laws, regulations, and TTMBASE rules, and will not violate public interest, ethics, or others; legitimate interests. You will not evade payable taxes or fees or violate this agreement or relevant rules. Any legal consequences resulting from your actions are your responsibility, and you will hold TTMBASE harmless from any losses.
During transactions with other members, you will act in good faith, avoid unfair competition, and not disrupt the normal order of online transactions.
You will not use any data on TTMBASE for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
You will not interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of TTMBASE.
You acknowledge and agree that TTMBASE has the right to unilaterally determine whether you have violated any of the above covenants and take actions accordingly, including terminating services to you without prior notice.
TTMBASE has the right to take action, such as closing orders, to maintain transaction order and security if it detects malicious activity.
If your actions are found to violate laws, this agreement, or TTMBASE rules, TTMBASE may publish details of the violations and actions taken against you.
You are responsible for retaining evidence of your actions and will bear the consequences of failing to do so.
If your actions cause losses to any third party, you are solely responsible and will hold TTMBASE harmless.
If TTMBASE incurs losses due to your actions, you must indemnify TTMBASE for those losses, including legal fees.
5. Scope and Limitation of Liability
TTMBASE provides its services on an "as is" and "commercially available" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to applicability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. TTMBASE is not responsible for the effectiveness, accuracy, or completeness of the information provided through its services. TTMBASE serves as a venue for transactions and does not control the quality, security, legality, or truthfulness of the information or items involved in transactions. You are responsible for making judgments about the legality and validity of transactions and information on TTMBASE and for bearing any resulting losses. TTMBASE is not liable for any losses resulting from the following events:
Use or inability to use TTMBASE Service.
Unauthorized use of your account or data alteration by third parties.
Costs and losses from data acquisition, transaction activities, or other services related to TTMBASE.
Misunderstandings or other issues related to TTMBASE Service.
TTMBASE is also not liable for service failures or delays due to network maintenance, equipment errors, power failures, strikes, natural disasters, wars, government actions, or judicial orders. You agree to indemnify and hold TTMBASE and its affiliates harmless from any claims or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of TTMBASE Service or violations of this agreement.
6. Termination of Agreement
TTMBASE reserves the right to terminate all or part of its services to you, freeze or cancel your account without prior notice, and retain your transaction data and other related information. If TTMBASE terminates its services due to any of the following events, it may also permanently freeze your account:
Re-registering or registering under another name after termination.
Providing false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete user information.
Refusing to accept amended terms of the agreement.
Any other reason deemed sufficient by TTMBASE. After termination, TTMBASE has no obligation to retain or forward any information related to your account. Even after termination, TTMBASE retains the right to keep your transaction information and pursue claims against you for any violations.
7. Privacy Policy
TTMBASE may announce and amend its privacy policy on its website from time to time. The privacy policy is an integral part of this agreement.
This agreement applies the laws of the country where TTMBASE operates. Disputes arising from your use of TTMBASE Service are under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in that country. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
